I work in different markets and contact clients in French, English and Spanish: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Middle East and Africa. Involved in reserarch and building customer’s interests in the services, and products available for IDG. Gathering and recording accurate client details, and maintaining/updating/completing databases for completing thorough updates and hand-overs with team member's/team leaders and contributing to projects, and process improvements.
