What is meditation

It's about pausing and training our mind to be more present, less distracted. To be able to get rid of thoughts and distractions. But not only about training our mind to be more present, but olso about changing the way we relate to our experiences, changing our perspective, beein less critical about ourself, and those around us, and when we do that we feel less stress.



Techniques


Mindfulness
